Consumer Information:

• If you experience an unauthorized credit card charge you are protected under the Fair Credit Billing Act. Your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized charges if you notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures.
• Through our Safe Shopping Guarantee Sparkfly will reimburse you for any unauthorized charge resulting from a Sparkfly online purchase up to the full $50 of your personal liability remaining after you properly notified your credit card company provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
