Shipping Rates and Timing
Event Tickets are typically received from the venue 2-3 weeks prior to the event date. At which time, we will distribute them to our customers. Event tickets consist of live performances such as concerts and theatre tickets.

Non-event tickets (Movies, Amusement parks, etc.) requested for shipping will be mailed the same business day (Monday - Friday) if ordered before 2:00pm EST. Any orders received after 2:00pm will be mailed the next business day. (Excluding holidays)

Sparkfly is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and can not provide refunds. It is recommended that tickets sent regular US Mail be shipped to your residence and not through your company mailroom.

Two-Day shipping does not include Saturday delivery and adheres to the same business days of Monday - Friday (excluding holidays.) 2-Day shipments will be sent either UPS or FedEx. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $300. UPS/FedEx pick-up shipments late afternoon so do not count the first business day the order was placed as received as one of the shipping days.

Regular US Mail - $3.00 (Mailed from Atlanta, GA) Shipping time cannot be guaranteed.
UPS/FedEx Two Day Air - $10.00. Usually delivers in 2 Business Days (no weekend delivery)
Ticket Pricing
Sparkfly delivers the best value for your money on purchasing tickets for dated and general admission events. Sparkfly Ticket inventories often contain better seating than you can obtain outside the Sparkfly community. Through our direct relationships with event venues and promoters and through the large base of employees we represent, Sparkfly often gets tickets at better pricing and/or before they go on sale to the general public. We pass along that earned value to you whenever possible.

The price in the shopping cart at checkout is the total price of the providing the ticket to you. We list the total price to make it less confusing over the details of the fixed sub-charges that sum to make the total price. These sub-charges include: The "face value" of the ticket, venue charges and a small Sparkfly service charge.
Return Policy
Tickets for events occurring on a specific date and time cannot be returned or refunded, as the venue will not give exchanges or refunds. Please verify that all information is correct before placing your order. Event ticket orders may be cancelled before stated deadline. (As venue controls deadline date, deadline date is subject to change without notice.) Once orders have been placed with the venue, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges or changes may be made.

Remember, Sparkfly provides the most secure environment available for online purchases since the connection is through a private line with your company.
